Welfare generativo e partecipazione dei lavoratori alle scelte d?impresa: nuove frontiere per l?innovazione sociale in Veneto

Abstract

La partecipazione pubblica, intesa come strumento di democrazia deliberativa, trova nuovi spazi di applicazione concreta nella dimensione generativa del "welfare territoriale". In particolare, considerando il tema specifico del c.d. welfare aziendale e contrattuale, si presentano molte opportunit? di riconvertire e valorizzare le risorse locali, integrando benessere, sostenibilit? e sviluppo del territorio. Tra nuovi fabbisogni dei lavoratori e attivazione di servizi integrativi personalizzati, emerge la possibilit? di introdurre forme di progettazione partecipata alle scelte d?impresa: non solo premialit? ma gestione delle carriere, benessere aziendale, sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, fidelizzazione dei lavoratori, forti relazioni con il territorio. Da alcuni casi veneti di dialogo costruttivo tra strategie d?impresa e fabbisogni sociali, nascono relazioni e collaborazioni che per? necessitano di essere strutturate con l?uso di tecnologie decisionali.
