Processi di innovazione e territorio. Un progetto di welfare aziendale come laboratorio di sperimentazione

Abstract

L?aumento della complessit? dei bisogni sociali, l?esigenza di contrastare la diffusione delle disuguaglianze e dei processi di impoverimento hanno contribuito a ridisegnare i welfare territoriali, facendo contemporaneamente emergere la necessit? di policy innovative per la protezione sociale e il benessere collettivo. La letteratura pi? recente mette in luce come il territorio e la pluralit? degli attori locali siano sempre pi? stimolati a creare reti fra pubblico e privato e a pensare interventi basati sulla personalizzazione e sulla co-produzione. Entro questo quadro, l?articolo approfondisce poi la tematica del welfare aziendale nell?ottica di una nuova modalit? di promozione del benessere attraverso l?ascolto e l?analisi dei bisogni dei dipendenti. Viene quindi presentato un progetto realizzato in territorio veneto che utilizza gli strumenti del servizio sociale professionale in una prospettiva di dialogo, confronto e collaborazione tra istituzioni di welfare e attori sociali del territorio.
