Il progetto alleanze territoriali per la famiglia del comune di Padova

Abstract

L?articolo descrive il progetto Alleanze Territoriali per la Famiglia attraverso il quale il Comune di Padova sta implementando un insieme coordinato di interventi per la gestione integrata delle politiche di sviluppo locale, attivando processi di innovazione sociale sia all?interno sia all?esterno dell?Amministrazione. La programmazione complessiva confluisce in un piano di azioni per il benessere di famiglie e cittadini, strutturato secondo la cornice del Bes. Vengono illustrati gli strumenti e i processi introdotti per l?innovazione organizzativa interna, per favorire il passaggio da un?impostazione settoriale delle politiche ad una trasversale: a livello amministrativo (tra i settori comunali) e a livello politico (tra i diversi assessorati). Il contributo, infine, analizza il lavoro dei gruppi di co-programmazione attivati su diverse tematiche che mirano alla partecipazione attiva degli stakeholder locali.
