I lavoratori del broadcasting. Un'indagine tra i lavoratori veneti dei service televisivi

Abstract

L?articolo si propone di contribuire all?analisi dei processi produttivi che caratterizzano il Nord Est italiano e in particolare il territorio veneto, attraverso un ragionamento pi? approfondito su quei lavori e quelle figure sociali che, all?ombra dei distretti, ma dentro i flussi produttivi globali, creano e producono "materialmente" proprio nell?ambito delle logiche pi? immateriali dell?economia contemporanea. Come casi specifici di studio sono state individuate le figure degli operatori, assistenti, fonici e tecnici che lavorano all?interno delle produzioni dei service televisivi. Tali soggetti sembrano, pi? di altri, rappresentare e vivere il cambiamento in atto all?interno del concetto stesso di lavoro, offrendo attraverso il loro studio uno spazio analitico di ricomposizione e sintesi per il dibattito intorno al ruolo della conoscenza e dell?apprendimento nel lavoro, della flessibilit? organizzativa, della dicotomia tra lavoro autonomo e subordinato.
