Transizione digitale: le opportunit? per il segmento acquedottistico

Abstract

In Italia la transizione digitale del servizio idrico ? ancora agli inizi. La digitaliz-zazione ? presente negli interventi di distrettualizzazione e misurazione dei volu-mi di processo, ma ancora poco diffusa nella misurazione del consumo finale d?utenza. Nei prossimi anni le sue potenzialit? vanno chiaramente nella direzione di una infrastruttura pi? resiliente, in grado di adattarsi agli effetti del cambiamento climatico e di coadiuvare un uso pi? razionale della risorsa idrica. Sebbene si tratti di strumenti rivoluzionari nella gestione dell?acquedotto, ? necessaria una strategia per il loro sviluppo che deve essere accompagnata dalla formazione del capitale umano e da una riorganizzazione delle aziende. ? necessaria, dunque, anche una transizione gestionale che accompagni la transizione digitale.
