Il finanziamento dei servizi di igiene urbana

Abstract

Il saggio affronta la questione delle modalit? di finanziamento di un servizio quale quello dell?igiene urbana. Sostenuto per anni da strumenti di fiscalit? locale, tale servizio pu? essere invece remunerato attraverso il meccanismo della ta-riffa, che appare pi? adeguato rispetto alla tipologia del servizio di interesse eco-nomico generale. L?analisi ripercorre la normativa europea e nazionale che muovono in tale direzione, nonch? le prime iniziative di regolazione tariffaria dell?autorit? competente.
