La presenza delle donne nei CDA italiani: un confronto tra imprese familiari e non familiari

Abstract

Il lavoro indaga in merito alla presenza delle donne nel CdA delle imprese familiari italiane. Le imprese familiari rappresentano la tipologia di impresa pi? diffusa a livello mondiale e si caratterizzano per la presenza della famiglia nella propriet? e nel management. Tale presenza diventa "voglia di mantenere" propriet? e management nel tempo al fine di realizzare obiettivi tipici della relazione tra famiglia e impresa. Si ipotizza che il peso della presenza femminile nelle imprese familiari a seguito dell?ingresso delle nuove generazioni con presenza di figlie, o della presenza di matrimoni con conseguente coinvolgimento di soggetti terzi, potrebbe essere maggiore rispetto alle non familiari. L?indagine esplorativa analizza un campione di 358 imprese italiane sia familiari sia non familiari.
