Abstract

Il lavoro si occupa dell?approccio metodolocigo che deve avere il giurista a fronte del tema ambientale, con specifico riferimento ai temi del climate change e della sostenibilit?. L?articolo delinea la necessit? di considerare l?apporto dell?etica e, dopo aver analizzato i vari modelli etici utilizzabili anche dal giurista, sottolineare l?importanza dell?etica del rispetto dell?altro e propone l?adesione al modello aretaico.
