Abstract

Politica economica e professione forense (di Michele Salazar) - ABSTRACT: L'indagine ? rivolta a mettere in luce le relazioni intercorrenti tra politica economica e professione forense. Nella prima parte vengono presi in esame i vari interventi del Governo nel settore del lavoro professionale sia sotto il profilo strettamente fiscale, sia sotto il profilo delle manovre di altra natura dirette a fini economici. La seconda parte del lavoro si occupa della politica economica nei confronti della professione forense derivante dalle direttive della Comunit? europea e dalle trasformazioni subite dal mercato dei servizi per effetto della new economy, con particolare attenzione al fondamentale ruolo dell'avvocatura in questo nuovo contesto.
