La politica di coesione dell?U.E. per il nuovo periodo di programmazione: un inquadramento generale

Abstract

L?obiettivo di questo articolo consiste nell?illustrare le principali caratteristiche della politica di coesione economica, sociale e territoriale dell?U.E. per il periodo 2014-2020. In particolare, si evidenziano le pi? rilevanti differenze rispetto all?analoga politica per il precedente settennio 2007-2013, nonch? si specificano i nuovi obiettivi che gli Stati membri e le regioni europee devono perseguire, concentrandovi le risorse finanziarie complessivamente stanziate. Infine, si fa cenno al caso dell?Italia quale paese emblematico nel quale i preesistenti squilibri socio-economici si sono accentuati anche in seguito alla grave crisi attraversata negli ultimi anni.
