Il modello in-house providing nell?ambito dei servizi ICT: un?analisi dei fattori critici di successo

Abstract

I servizi ICT ricoprono un ruolo chiave per il miglioramento dell?efficienza e della qualit? dei servizi pubblici. La gestione attraverso in-house provider costituisce una realt? piuttosto consolidata in Italia, dove le regioni e province autonome si sono spesso dotate di societ? in-house per la gestione dei servizi ICT, talvolta riferiti all?ampio contesto delle strutture pubbliche, tal?altra riferiti ad un ambito pi? ristretto quale potrebbe essere quello della sanit?. Il lavoro intende quindi analizzare i fattori che determinano il successo dell?attivit? svolta attraverso tale istituto. A tal fine ? stato condotta un?analisi empirica con riferimento ad una in-house provider regionale operante nell?ambito dei servizi ICT per la sanit?, nell?intento di evidenziarne i fattori critici di successo.
