Elementi per un cambiamento delle relazioni tra le imprese italiane

Abstract

Se si considera il ruolo di grandi e piccole imprese in Italia, si osserva come per ambedue sia stata inadeguata la risposta alla sfida della complessit? posta dalla globalizzazione. La staticit? apparente del sistema di imprese in Italia ? determinata dall?inadeguatezza della sua evoluzione: in particolare, mancano le forze per l?attivazione e il dominio di una molteplicit? di funzioni. Da un lato non si ? prodotto un effetto trascinamento da parte di operatori adeguatamente dimensionati; dall?altro le piccole imprese non sono riuscite a trattenere e reinvestire il valore aggiunto necessario a sostenere la propria crescita. L?apparente immutabilit? del sistema nasconde tuttavia mutamenti che vanno indagati con attenzione per sapere se nei prossimi anni esso potr? contribuire ancora allo sviluppo di ricchezza e benessere o sia condannato a ridimensionare tale contributo.
