Le misure di politica economica per le PMI nelle ZFU italiane: opportunit? e problematiche

Abstract

Da qualche anno le Zone franche urbane sono oggetto del dibattito di politica economica. Il governo italiano, infatti, dopo aver siglato un contratto con le 22 Amministrazioni locali interessate all?introduzione di un regime di esenzioni nelle zone pi? disagiate del loro territorio, alla fine dell?anno scorso ha stravolto - per decreto - l?originario provvedimento assunto in materia. Ma in cosa consiste la politica delle ZFU adottata in Italia e quali sono le specifiche misure da questa previste a favore delle PMI? E soprattutto com?? stata sviluppata tale politica in confronto all?analoga francese cui dichiaratamente essa s?ispira? Il presente articolo, cercando di ricostruire l?intera vicenda, intende fornire una risposta a queste domande, fino a giungere a una complessiva valutazione critica, ancor prima che la politica in questione inizi a essere applicata.
