Abstract

L?affermazione sul mercato agroalimentare delle alternative alla carne (noncarne) e delle carni alternative (neo-carne) richiede una risposta normativa che tuteli il consumatore e non ignori gli impatti sull?agricoltura. Mentre in altri ordinamenti extraeuropei inizia ad essere definita una linea disciplinare, e in alcuni paesi europei sono in atto normative volte a limitare l?uso delle denominazioni di carne, l?Unione Europea fa affidamento sulle normative generali.
