Il bosco tra norma e piano paesaggistico: uno sguardo all?esperienza regionale toscana

Abstract

Il lavoro analizza le diverse modalit? attraverso le quali si declina la pluri-funzionalit? del bosco alla luce delle indicazioni contenute nel Piano paesaggistico della Regione Toscana relative sia alla ricognizione dei territori coperti da foreste e da boschi, assoggettati ex lege a vincolo paesaggistico ai sensi dell?art. 142, comma 1, lett. g) del Codice dei beni culturali e del paesaggio, la loro delimitazione e rappresentazione cartografica, in correlazione alla definizione giuridica di bosco dettata dalla normativa nazionale e da quella regionale, sia alle prescrizioni inerenti la relativa gestione intese ad assicurare la conservazione dei caratteri distintivi di tali aree e, compatibilmente con essi, la loro valorizzazione.
