Acqua e cambiamento climatico nella prospettiva del diritto agrario-alimentare-ambientale

Abstract

Gli impatti del cambiamento climatico sulla quantit? e la qualit? del?l?acqua (scarsit?, siccit?, alterazioni della qualit? ecc.) impongono l?ado?zione, a tutti i livelli di governo, di adeguate strategie di mitigazione e adattamento. In quanto input primario per la produzione agricola, alimento (e componente di altri alimenti), nonch? bene giuridicamente tutelato come parte del patrimonio ambientale delle generazioni presenti e future, l?acqua, ed i suoi molteplici usi, sono oggetto di di-sciplina giuridica, a pi? livelli. Il diritto agrario-alimentare-ambientale, in partico-lare, pu? offrire strumenti utili per favorire una gestione sostenibile della risorsa idrica, migliorare l?attuazione della legislazione vigente, incentivare comportamen-ti virtuosi da parte degli operatori del settore agricolo e agro-alimentare. Rientrano tra questi una gestione autenticamente partecipata della risorsa idrica, l?attuazione puntuale della legislazione europea in materia di acque, il ricorso a regimi di certi-ficazione dell?impronta idrica e l?adozione di un?apposita etichetta che diffonda il consumo consapevole dell?acqua.
