Le Convenzioni internazionali sul clima e il ruolo dell?agricoltura

Abstract

Il contributo delinea un quadro generale delle norme vincolanti in tema di cam-biamenti climatici, partendo dal fondamentale ruolo della Convenzione quadro sui cambiamenti climatici, seguita dalla misura di attuazione del Protocollo di Kyoto, primo e secondo periodo di impegni e arriva all?Accordo di Parigi sui cambiamenti climatici, soffermandosi sul fondamentale ruolo del tema dell?adattamento su un piano di parit? con quello della mitigazione nell?Accordo di Parigi. L?autrice focalizza poi l?attenzione sul ruolo dell?agricoltura nelle norme internazionali vincolanti sui cambiamenti climatici soffermandosi sull?istituzione del Koronivia Joint Work on Agriculture un accordo sull?agricoltura per sviluppare e attuare nuove strategie per l?adattamento e la mitigazione nel settore agricolo. Infine l?autrice delinea il fondamentale ruolo di forme di agricoltura sostenibili sia nelle norme vincolanti in tema di cambiamenti climatici sia nelle norme di soft law, in particolare in Agenda 2030 e focalizza l?attenzione su alcuni strumenti di realizzazione concreta di forme di agricoltura sostenibili.
