Abstract

L?attuale contesto economico, contraddistinto da sempre pi? complesse problematiche ambientali e sociali, rivela l?impellente necessit? di promuovere strategie di sviluppo sostenibile all?interno delle varie politiche ed in particolare di quella agricola. In quest?ottica, la Responsabilit? sociale d?impresa (Rsi) rappresenta una variabile fondamentale per la realizzazione di un innovativo modello di sviluppo del comparto agroalimentare. Il lavoro di ricerca, partendo dall?analisi degli atti giuridici in tema di sviluppo sostenibile e responsabilit? sociale, intende riflettere sia sui nuovi scenari che si prospettano per l?imprenditore agricolo che decide di adottare comportamenti socialmente responsabili, sia sul legame che intercorre tra il concetto di impresa agricola multifunzionale e quello di impresa agricola socialmente responsabile.
