I diritti della terra e le ragioni di un convegno

Abstract

Il testo presenta il convegno tenuto a Macerata il 29 marzo 2012 in onore del prof. Carlo Alberto Graziani, descrivendone i quarant?anni di un impegno differenziato nelle discipline scientifiche, ma sostanzialmente convergenti sul tema della terra e della sua disciplina. Un impegno iniziato gi? nei primissimi anni ?70, caratterizzato da un clima di straordinaria vitalit?, in particolar modo in ambito giuridico, che coinvolge le Riviste e la stessa didattica. Carlo Alberto Graziani ha dato al panorama giuridico un contributo sempre vigile e approfondito, collegando l?elaborazione giuridica ai percorsi reali della agricoltura e mai sfuggendo alla responsabilit? primaria del giurista di innovare, piuttosto che attardarsi su una passiva esegesi. In coerenza con la Sua sensibilit? socioideale, il Suo pensiero, dagli iniziali contributi sul diritto alla terra, ? approdato alla centralit? dei diritti della terra. Il convegno maceratese ha voluto onorare in Carlo Alberto Graziani il didatta, lo scienziato, l?uomo, l?amico che a tutti noi ha mostrato e fatto apprezzare il rigore del giurista impeccabile nella tecnica, ma pronto ad aprire nuove strade.
