L?uso sostenibile della terra

Abstract

L?art. 44 della Costituzione enuncia due principi fondamentali relativi al tema "Terra e lavoro": razionale sfruttamento del suolo e stabilire equi rapporti sociali nelle aree agricole. Oggi si utilizza una formula pi? moderna e si parla di "uso sostenibile" della terra. Ci? significa che la terra, in via generale, non pu? essere sottratta agli agricoltori e destinata a finalit? diverse da quelle produttive concentrandola nelle mani di pochi soggetti (v. land grabbing ). Ma significa anche che la terra ? e rimane una risorsa naturale indispensabile per soddisfare i bisogni alimentari e di salubrit? delle persone anche attraverso il ricorso a modelli produttivi alternativi a quelli finora praticati, come l?agricoltura ecologica, e compatibili con l?ambiente, il territorio e la biodiversit?.
