Abstract

La valutazione di incidenza come ulteriore possibile fattore di sviluppo ed occupazione nella tutela della biodiversit?, Matteo Benozzo Nell?Unione Europea, la biodiversit? ha acquistato dignit? di occupazione lavorativa e fattore di sviluppo, cos? come la sua tutela implementa l?economia. Un potenziale ulteriore fattore di crescita si ritiene possa essere rappresentato dall?attuazione a livello locale della procedura di valutazione di incidenza per le aree "Natura 2000". Questo lavoro esaminer? la disciplina relativa a siffatta procedura, valutandone le possibili ricadute sul tessuto produttivo territoriale in termini di sviluppo ed occupazione.
