Colaboración tecnocientífica academia-empresa. Un análisis de la percepción de profesores-investigadores

Abstract

Este documento tiene como propósito dar a conocer algunos hallazgos acerca de la percepción de los profesores-investigadores sobre la colaboración tecnocientífica academia-empresas en Baja California, México. La metodología incluyó la aplicación de una encuesta en línea a profesores-investigadores de universidades y centros públicos de investigación, que destacan por su capacidad para la generación de conocimiento. Entre los hallazgos, destacan los siguientes: la principal forma de cooperación está representada por la difusión y divulgación del conocimiento tecnocientífico; la oficina administrativa de mayor relevancia que identifican los investigadores es la coordinación de posgrado e investigación; se identifica una necesidad imperante de contar con una oficina exclusiva para apoyar las actividades de cooperación tecnocientífica; la demanda del entorno regional puede ser una factor determinante para el impulso de la cooperación. Asimismo, el exceso de carga laboral de los investigadores puede imponer límites al desarrollo de la cooperación, tampoco se observa un impulso universitario genuino a la cooperación tecnocientífica.
