Análisis teórico de la transferencia de conocimientos universidad-empresa mediante la colaboración

Abstract

Para lograr la competitividad de cualquier economía de nuestros días es necesario el co¬nocimiento científico y tecnológico producido en las universidades y en las empresas. Sin embargo, por sus características implícitas, las empresas no siempre están dispuestas a hacer inversiones relevantes en investigación; en tal situación, las universidades son las que generan la mayor parte del conocimiento científico y tecnológico que a la vez es de gran utilidad para las empresas. Entonces, en un proceso que parece ser complementario, cada vez es más notorio el fenómeno de la colaboración empresa-universidad. Pero este proceso no está exento de problemas de definición de los mejores mecanismos para la interacción.
