O turismo cultural nas mídias digitais

Abstract

A identidade cultural da Serra Gaúcha brasileira é predominantemente europeia oriundas de imigrações alemã, em Gramado, e italiana em Bento Gonçalves. Este estudo tem por objetivo investigar as características das manifestações culturais alemã e italiana nestas localidades, confrontando os conteúdos das mídias digitais (blogs, sites, Youtube e Tripadvisor) em relação aos informativos e experiências adquiridas nos principais atrativos turísticos divulgados. As mídias digitais apresentam-se como um marketing de destino turístico promovendo e divulgando as características locais e demais partes interessadas. A questão que se coloca é: as características culturais rotuladas pelo marketing são experimentadas pelo visitante? A relação entre patrimônio cultural e turismo tem práticas que oscilam entre competitivas e colaborativas (McKercher & du Cros, 2002) e o desafio do turismo é trabalhar o patrimônio cultural de forma colaborativa (Hausmann &Weuster, 2017). O resultado da pesquisa aponta que os municípios implementaram atividades que propiciam um contato estreito com as culturas alemã e italiana, mas em proporções diferenciadas.
