Epuyen turística. Una APP para los turistas 2.0

Abstract

En este trabajo se aborda el uso de una solución móvil orientada a difundir el patrimonio natural de la localidad de Epuyen en la provincia de Chubut (Argentina), a fin de dar a conocer y disfrutar del lugar y así promover el turismo. Los dispositivos móviles, ofrecen múltiples soluciones orientadas a facilitar el manejo, el acceso y la difusión de la información. Es notorio el incremento de las TIC en distintos dominios, uno de ellos es el turismo. El turista actual es un usuario tecnológico que demanda gran cantidad de información previamente referente al lugar que visita y a su vez genera información útil desde la misma aplicación móvil. Es por eso que surge la necesidad de desarrollar soluciones móviles para satisfacer la demanda de información asociada al turismo y que al mismo tiempo fomente el turismo asociado a cierta localidad. Se describe una aplicación para plataformas móviles orientada a los turistas interesados en un determinado lugar incluyendo información de lugares para hospedarse, restaurantes y las actividades viables de realizar.
