La innovación en los destinos turísticos: Burgos (España)

Abstract

La clave fundamental en estos momentos es la imagen que los clientes tienen de lo que les ofrecemos, bien sea un producto o un servicio. Destacamos en cuanto a España y concretamente a Burgos que siempre ha sido mejor producto que la imagen que ha sido capaz de crear. Concretamente Burgos está trabajando muchísimo para acercar lo que es y lo que perciben los demás. Y que su imagen sea cada vez mejor y más conocida. Una de las claves es su desarrollo como lugar gastronómico de primer nivel. Que junto con la imagen de Marca es la única manera en la que podremos competir en un mundo en el que la tecnología se ha democratizado.
