Desarrollo del producto turístico de aventura al diversificar la oferta turística en el Ecuador. Caso de estudio

Abstract

El presente artículo resume los resultados de la investigación orientada al diseño de un producto turístico de aventura como opción para diversificar la oferta turística en el Ecuador, apelando al caso de estudio en el Cantón Mera, de la Provincia de Pastaza. Los objetivos que se logran son de diseñar el portafolio del producto turístico de aventura para diversificar la oferta del Cantón Mera, Provincia de Pastaza; Identificar los componentes del producto turístico de aventura para diversificar la oferta del Cantón Mera; Seleccionar las actividades a desarrollarse en el producto turístico de aventura; Desarrollar las opciones de productos turísticos de aventura. Este trabajo se aborda desde la investigación exploratoria, cualitativa y de campo, apelando a los métodos científicos de análisis y síntesis, método de expertos, de las contradicciones dialécticas, heurísticos. Se concluye en esta investigación, que a partir del diagnóstico situacional es posible detectar las potencialidades de la zona, demostrando la necesidad de diseñar productos turísticos de aventura que ayuden a la diversificación de la oferta turística, gestando portafolio de productos turísticos de aventura.
