Congruencia de los Planes de Desarrollo gubernamentales para el turismo en la Huasteca Potosina

Abstract

Esta investigación analiza la congruencia que existe entre los Planes de Desarrollo en los tres niveles de gobierno, siendo el objetivo conocer la aplicación de los lineamientos en la Huasteca Potosina en materia de turismo, bajo el enfoque de la sustentabilidad. De esta región se ha tomado como muestra el municipio de ciudad Valles, que por su importancia económica e histórica es la segunda con mayor relevancia después de San Luis Potosí capital y porque además a través de este análisis se pueden establecer paralelismos que puedan ser de utilidad para otras partes de la huasteca y de la región.
