Fretamento eventual e turismo na cidade de São Paulo: uma aproximação do tema

Abstract

Apresenta-se nesse artigo resultados preliminares de um estudo coordenado por três pesquisadores que se propõem a analisar os efeitos do fretamento eventual na dinâmica do turismo na cidade de São Paulo. Visando construir uma base de dados inicial, o grupo participou dos debates no âmbito do Conselho Municipal de Transporte e Trânsito da cidade de São Paulo e na FRESP – Federação das Empresas de Transporte de Passageiros por Fretamento do Estado de São Paulo. O estudo exploratório que orientou as discussões e reflexões, revelou cenários pouco debatidos no âmbito do transporte e turismo. As análises das normativas e as linhas de atuação dos setores público e privado no entendimento do Fretamento eventual na cidade de São Paulo permitiu o entendimento de algumas questões recorrentes na esfera do urbano que há muito tempo vêm se manifestando no movimento turístico de lazer e de negócios da cidade.
