Gestão compartilhada do patrimônio histórico-cultural em Paraty, Paranapiacaba e Bairro da Liberdade – serviços de hospitalidade, turismo e stakeholders

Abstract

A preservação do patrimônio histórico-cultural é fundamental para a memória, identidade e criatividade dos povos. Dessa forma, novas iniciativas de gestão desse patrimônio começam a surgir como alternativas de preservação e fomento do turismo. O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi compreender como a gestão compartilhada do patrimônio histórico-cultural da localidade afeta os serviços de hospitalidade e seus respectivos stakeholders. Para tanto realizou-se uma pesquisa empírica, com utilização de referencial teórico e entrevistas com gestores e stakeholders dos objetos de estudo escolhidos: Paraty (RJ), Paranapiacaba (SP) e Bairro da Liberdade (SP).
