Turismo cervejeiro no estado de São Paulo (BR): uma análise exploratória

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar um panorama geral do Turismo Cervejeiro no estado de São Paulo (BR), considerando os atrativos vinculados a este universo já em operação. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa exploratória desenvolvida a partir de um estudo de caso, cujas principais estratégias de coletas de dados foram pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa documental e levantamento de informações por telefone e pesquisa on line. Foram identificadas 50 cervejarias que oferecem atualmente visitação às suas dependências, 23 eventos e 10 roteiros bem estruturados e em operação envolvendo diferentes cidades do estado. Tendo em vista o rol de atrativos encontrado, bem como a atuação coordenada de várias cervejarias, verifica-se que o Turismo Cervejeiro já é uma realidade promissora no Estado de São Paulo e que possui grande potencial de aprimoramento e expansão.
