Los Sistemas Informáticos De Gestión Hotelera Y Los Beneficios De Su Implementación

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es verificar si la aplicación de Sistemas Informáticos de Gestión Hoteleros trae como consecuencia beneficios en los hoteles, especialmente un aumento de la ventaja competitiva, reducción de costos, mayor rentabilidad, mejor calidad de servicio, entre otros. El estudio se realizó en el entorno concreto de los hoteles de la zona conurbada Veracruz – Boca del Río. Los resultados sugieren que efectivamente los SIGH han favorecido, con la generación de información suficiente y oportuna, el proceso de toma de decisiones en este sector.
