Abstract

La crisis económica en Cuba, en los años 90, provocada por el cambio profundo en las relaciones internacionales, a raíz de la desaparición del campo socialista y el recrudecimiento del bloqueo norteamericano, trajo como consecuencia la adopción de un grupo de medidas, encaminadas a lograr la reinserción en la economía mundial, con el menor costo social posible.
