La Innovación Tecnológica En El Uso Del E-Commerce

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es realizar un análisis de la relación entre las TI y la innovación en México, para ello se ha hecho una revisión de la literatura sobre los conceptos de innovación tecnológica y los sistemas de innovación, se revisaron las estrategias innovadoras que existen para el uso del e-commerce de tipo B2C, así como las tendencias en los hábitos del consumidor online, derivado de ello, se emiten algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones al ámbito empresarial.
