Análisis Del Proceso Presupuestario Federal En México

Abstract

El presente documento tiene como finalidad analizar las diferentes características, tipos y componentes que conllevan a la creación del presupuesto federal para su posterior estudio y comprensión. El buen manejo de los recursos públicos encamina la economía de un país a una vía de desarrollo que es esencial para el bienestar social, debido a que determina el comportamiento de la economía en su periodo de acción. El presupuesto público rige la manera en la que se deberán recaudar y distribuir los ingresos federales, tomando en cuenta las necesidades básicas de la población, en pro de un crecimiento económico, social y político. La recaudación presupuestaria es estipulada conforme a lo establecido en la Ley de Ingresos de la Federación, en la que se dictan los medios por los cuales se obtendrán dichos ingresos.
