Como elaborar un manual de procedimientos de un programa educativo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad diseñar una metodología para la elaboración de un manual de procedimientos que sirva como apoyo a la Coordinación de Contador Público de la Unidad Académica Multidisciplinaria Zona Huasteca (UAMZH) para el desarrollo de actividades que se enfrentan cotidianamente, para diseñar el modelo fue necesario realizar un diagnóstico con el fin de conocer la situación actual que presenta la coordinación. Los resultados que se obtengan del diagnóstico servirán como base para detectar, analizar y proponer mejoras de solución, así como a su vez para la construcción de los procedimientos que eficienticen las actividades de la coordinación. Esta metodología servirá como una guía para el desarrollo de un manual de procedimientos donde se consultará aquellos procedimientos que desarrolla el coordinador diariamente.
