El derecho a la vida o a una muerte digna: La Eutanasia

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analizan aspectos importantes en relación a un derecho fundamental, el derecho a la vida, empleando para el análisis la ponderación de derechos y el principio pro persona, aplicados específicamente al caso de la Eutanasia. Este análisis tendrá como encomienda principal tratar los conceptos de vida y muerte según nuestra legislación actual, aplicando para tal efecto el Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos que se han encaminado al tema, concluyendo con una serie de lineamientos para la aplicación de la Eutanasia en México.
