Abstract

En el presente trabajo abordaremos el estudio del régimen jurídico de la Sociedad Limitada Nueva Empresa (SLNE). Un tipo social creado en España para apoyar a las PYME. Analizaremos la denominación, el objeto social, los requisitos subjetivos para ser socio, la estructura orgánica, las modificaciones estatutarias. Cerraremos nuestro análisis con una disertación sobre la limitación de la autonomía de la voluntad en este tipo social. Haremos un repaso crítico de las principales disposiciones de la SLNE con objeto de adecuarlo lo mejor posible a las necesidades de la PYME.
