Difusión De Los Servicios De Salud En La Unidad Básica De Rehabilitación Del Municipo De Tampamolón Corona, S.L.P. México

Abstract

Atendiendo a las disposiciones establecidas en el apartado 6.4 de las Reglas de Operación e Indicadores de Gestión y Evaluación del Programa Comunidades Saludables, para el ejercicio fiscal 2014, de la Secretaría de Salud de México; se presenta el informe final de evaluación, integrándose la información recopilada en el Municipio de Tampamolón Corona, S.L.P., tanto en la Unidad Básica de Rehabilitación (UBR) como en las instalaciones del H. Ayuntamiento que fungieron como sede para las diferentes acciones que conforman el proyecto “DE LA DISCAPACIDAD A LA IGUALDAD, CONOCIÉNDOLA… ¡HACEMOS LA DIFERENCIA!”; trabajo que se realizó para conocer los logros y desviaciones, que se observaron en la operación del mismo. Esta aproximación permitió explorar la percepción de los beneficiarios, así como de los actores responsables de su ejecución y cuya gestión y esfuerzos hacen posible su realización. El objetivo de la presente evaluación es cotejar sus resultados con las metas esperadas en materia de servicios, identificar y mejorar los componentes y acciones que mayores dificultades enfrenten, y proponer recomendaciones que contribuyan al aprovechamiento óptimo de los recursos humanos, comunitarios y materiales.
