Abstract

El objeto principal de esta investigación es el estudio y análisis legal y fiscal de la persona moral denominada “Sociedad Civil”(SC), la cual tiene su origen de conjuntar esfuerzos de profesionistas para lograr un fin común, no busca el lucro, por lo que a diferencia de otras personas morales, la legislación mexicana le otorgó facilidades, así como beneficios legales, fiscales y administrativos, para su mejor desarrollo. Las “Sociedades Civiles” (SC), se han utilizado actualmente por profesionistas que aprovechan los beneficios que esta entidad jurídica proporciona, sin embargo su aplicación ha pasado desapercibida por una gran cantidad de contribuyentes, por lo que se pretende que mediante el conocimiento de este ente económico se establezcan diseños y estrategias organizacionales ante los nuevos contextos sociales.
