Fundamentos Sobre La Competitividad Para El Desarrollo En El Sector Primario

Abstract

Este trabajo examina los fundamentos teóricos de la competitividad orientados hacia el sector primario (agropecuario) como una necesidad ante la evolución reciente de los mercados de cereales y oleaginosas, junto con el fuerte crecimiento del consumo por biocombustibles y la reducida disponibilidad de granos agroindustriales. Para ello, se analizan diferentes enfoques que ayudan a evaluar y medir la competitividad, tales como: Índice de competitividad revelada; atriz de análisis de política (MAP) y sus indicadores como son: las edidas de protección; oeficiente de protección nominal (CPN); protección efectiva (CPE); ubsidio equivalente al productor (SEP); ubsidio social equivalente al productor (SSEP); edidas de eficiencia, y osto de los recursos domésticos (CRD).
