Abstract

Actualmente las empresas evalúan tanto las capacidades para realizar un trabajo, como las condiciones personales y emocionales, para confiar caudales de responsabilidad; esto exige que las personas tengan cada vez mayores competencias de acuerdo a las exigencias del mercado, reflejando nuevos perfiles profesionales pertinentes al actual contexto laboral. La formación de competencias empresariales en este estudio se hace de manera transversal de acuerdo al contexto propio de la ventaja competitiva, siendo también que la presente investigación se caracteriza por ser observacional, exploratoria, transversal y descriptiva, especificándose las características de las competencias empresariales y la relación con sus variables.
