Abstract

El diagnosticar la habitabilidad en las viviendas sólo desde las condiciones materiales, además de observar a la vivienda como un producto terminado e inmutable, es negar el contenido subjetivo que reviste de significado a la materialidad. Es decir, el observar la habitabilidad de las viviendas es tener en cuenta que ésta es una manifestación concreta de un proceso social que transforman la materialidad, el habitar y el simple vivir, en espacios habitables.
