Evaluación Del Consumo De Potencia Del Motor Eléctrico Del Sexto Molino De Un Tándem Cañero

Abstract

Para determinar el consumo de energía del sexto molino del Tándem A de la empresa azucarera “Antonio Guiteras”, fueron tomadas las lecturas de las corrientes eléctricas del motor, las presiones hidráulicas aplicadas sobre las mazas, el flujo de masa de la caña y el nivel de imbibición. La variable que más influyó sobre el consumo de energía fue la presión hidráulica, mientras que no mostró variaciones significativas en relación con la masa de fibra y el nivel de imbibición. Se concluye que el consumo de energía del molino estuvo fuertemente afectado por la presión hidráulica y otras variables no consideradas en los experimentos.
