Abstract

En la actualidad algunas organizaciones han apostado por el desarrollo del talento humano como una de las estrategias de mejora continua en el avance y logro de objetivos estratégicos como la rentabilidad y calidad en el servicio. Son organizaciones que han adaptado a sus prácticas relacionadas con la función de personal la formalización de un área de recursos humanos para tener en cuenta el impacto de su inserción y el ejercicio de sus acciones en el ámbito de las relaciones laborales y del poder a nivel directivo que se revierten hacia sí misma “como efecto de bumerang” en forma de resistencia al cambio; para identificar efectos que provienen del cumplimiento de las tareas y funciones operativas de las áreas en las que el recurso humano participa.
