Abstract

Se hace un recorrido a los problemas que se deben resolver el modelo económico de bienestar para los ciudadanos ante el modelo neoliberal, con referencia a otras formas de participación ciudadana, partiendo de la problemática de la pobreza, el debate del estado benefactor y la tercera vìa, para reformular un modelo más adecuado a México.
