Abstract

Una de las principales preocupaciones de México es precisamente el desempleo. El país ha padecido crisis financieras desde los setenta, no las hemos podido superar y se han agravado a lo largo de los años, sobre todo al surgir nuevos conflictos financieros, nacionales y mundiales que repercuten en nuestra economía, siempre supeditada a los mercados internacionales. En el 2009 el Índice Global de la Actividad Económica (IGAE) cayó un 5.29% en octubre del 2009 a tasa anual y se expandió apenas un 0.46% en febrero, tras caer un 1.03% el mes previo Ante esta situación si la economía no se reactiva lo suficiente, lógicamente no se generarán los empleos necesarios para cubrir a la población económicamente activa desempleada.
