Análisis Comparativo de la Producción de Litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn) en la Sierra Norte de Puebla, México

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar los factores del sistema de producción de litchi, bajo dos lógicas: Agricultura Campesina (UPF) y Agricultura Empresarial (Rancho Mayapan) para caracterizarlos y conocer la rentabilidad económica. Los instrumentos de investigación fueron la revisión bibliográfica y la aplicación de cuestionario. Se aplicaron cuestionarios a 30 Unidades de Producción Familiar, de las cuales el 27% posee arboles en etapa de producción y el 73% esperan el primer ensayo de producción de sus huertos; se aplico la misma encuesta al Rancho Mayapan, el cual lleva produciendo más de 25 años.
