Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal adentrar al lector lo referente al pago de las contribuciones federales y todo lo que ello representa. Para el mejor entendimiento de los temas planteados se hace referencia a diferentes ordenamientos propios de la materia fiscal, como el Código Fiscal de la Federación, la Ley Federal de Derechos de los Contribuyentes y el Reglamento del Código Fiscal de la Federación; así mismo se consultan los textos de autores tales como Sergio de la Garza, Humberto Delgadillo, y Jesús Quintana entre otros.
