Actualización Tecnológica En La Administración De Justicia

Abstract

La lenta evolución en la aplicación de las nuevas tecnologías en materia procesal, sin duda, es consecuencia de la utilización gradual de las computadoras y el Internet. Según datos proporcionados por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística, Geografía e Informática (INEGI), hasta 2005, en México, aproximadamente el 28.5% de la población utilizaba las computadoras, y solamente el 17.7% utilizaba el Internet. De tal manera que el permitir a las partes que accedan a revisar su expediente electrónico ahora no implicaría un cambio radical en acceso a la información, pues las personas no están familiarizadas con la computadora y el Internet, sin embargo, el avance sería paulatino, y gradual, así, al irse extendiendo el uso de las computadoras, se haría más familiar y accesible entender las ventajas de los medios electrónicos en los asuntos, aún más, se fomentaría el uso gradual de la computadora y el Internet.
